Previously on my blog I attempted to portray the size of my apartment. It's not the biggest place, but I make do. Honestly, it's fine for me. (Less surface area for cleaning.) When I was at BYU we made s'mores over the stove. I love being around a campfire and roasting marshmallows. But when you can't find an a good fire, then heat from the stove works just as well. For those of you who may be curious about how this works, I'll walk you through the steps.
Step 1. Prepare graham cracker and chocolate. Put a marshmallow on the end of a long knife. Heat up the stove.
Step 2. Hold marshmallow over the coils of the stove until appropriately roasted and browned to taste. (Be careful not to touch the marshmallow to the coils- it gets messy.)
Step 3. Place marshmallow on top of chocolate and place opposite cracker on top to make a sandwich-like item.
So, now you know! Tonight I enjoyed s'mores without a fire, but with all the flavor. I don't have a large apartment, but there's always room for s'mores!

Hee hee....way to go you! That is too funny!
That looks yummy! I think I need to do that now. Thanks for the idea!
Considering how obsessed my boys are with smores, this is actually a very handy tip! I honestly think we'll be doing this for FHE treat!
Yum! It's been too long since we've had smores! Thanks for reminding me of the indoor possibilities!
